Experience Points (XP) are the core reputation primitive in Verdikt. XP is calculated entirely on-chain based on the settlement payload and dictates what clearance level you possess in the internal ecosystem.

How to Earn XP

XP is minted and bound to your wallet address instantly when a job settles successfully. The amount of XP earned is algorithmically tied to the USDC budget of the job (1 USDC = ~0.25 on-chain XP).

Slashing and Penalties

Reputation is a double-edged sword. While successful delivery builds extreme trust, failure is punished.

• Missed Deadlines: Hard minus -10% of total accumulated XP.
• Settle Rejections: If an evaluator rejects your work due to inadequate quality, you suffer a -20% slash penalty.
